We are living in exponential times. The developments that have taken place in just the last decade are phenomenal.
In such a scenario it becomes imperative that we raise our kids to be future fit. To make that possible we need to build a strong foundation during the early years, as these years are witness to rapid growth and development in our children. Dolphin POD is a curated program that provides children Social-Emotional-Cognitive (SEC) learning and cultivates five essential 21st Century skills – Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Contribution, together known as the Consciousness Quotient (CQ).
We at Dolphin POD provide both a tailored curriculum and specialized learning environment that creates the essence of the teaching-learning system at our preschool and after school achievement programs. Dolphin Prep is much more than a preschool by the virtue of our propriety POD methodology. We believe not in pressurizing the child, but rather nurturing them by providing the necessary freedom along with ample encouragement to help the child meet her/his full potential and is instilled with a sense of self-exploration and expression.

Seerat Grewal is a perfect fit for Dolphin POD as she also believes in teaching children the 21st century skills, which will equip children to become better than their peers. Having done her Maters in Psychology and multiple diploma courses in Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis and Holistic Healing (sound therapy and reiki), she understands the importance of Downtime and how it can help children become better at handling, and coping with their emotions as they grow up. Having worked with children in the past, she understands that formative years are the most important years of a child’s life. So, it is important for us, as educators that we provide the child with an environment that fosters creativity and helps our little leaders become Ethical, Responsible, Respectful and Purposeful citizens of our society.
Seerat prides herself to be someone who is empathetic, caring and good with her communication and writing skills.

Swati is the Head of Academics (HoA). She manages and oversees the execution of all facets of operations needed for the delivery of academic programs and curricula at Dolphin POD. She manages and monitors the implementation of the resource allocation process within the school. She is responsible for the effective general management of the school, for ensuring the provision of academic leadership and strategic vision, and for the quality of the student experience. She takes care of overall responsibility for the management of the School's programme of teaching. She also promotes a culture of learning that is directed to student needs, and of teaching that is informed by the research interests of 20 years of NeuroScience learning and inculcates that learning in our kids to make them future fit.
